Licensed Massage Therapist
Eastern / Western Integrative Bodywork and Massage
About me
I am a licensed massage therapist that graduated from East West Healing Arts Institute in Milwaukee, WI in 2020. I am trained in Eastern and Western modalities and I work from a lens that utilizes both interchangeably. My intention in my work is to create a holistic and hyper-focused experience for each of my clients. My curiosity lies in the wisdom of the body. My focus is to read the body’s pain and discomfort as messages; each deserve to be understood and thoughtfully guided back to balance.
I have found bodywork to be an incredible tool for pain patterns, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and a way to understand myself and others better. The body has it’s own unique language and I have endless energy to observe and interpret its many expressions.
All sessions are one-hour. 90 minutes by request.
Modalities I practice:
Swedish: Gentle work to promote relaxation and blood flow to warm up tissue for deeper work.
Tui Na: Chinese medical massage that brings balance from emotional & physical blockages.
Accupressure: Point work to remove blockages, revive, and nourish pathways.
Cupping & Gua Sha: Suction and gentle scraping with the use of tools. Used to increase blood flow to targeted area.
Modalities are used in conjunction with one another based on your preferences and comfort level.
